Account Supervisor

Crowell Advertising, a Utah based advertising agency has an opening for an Account Executive to join our team.

Job Description

This position revolves around the everyday management of local and regional accounts. This includes frequent client contact and assisting in growing existing and new accounts. Must have agency experience.

Key Qualities & Requirements

• A seasoned Account Executive with 2-4 years of agency experience.
• A proven track record leading a significant piece of business and a mastery of the production process across all mediums, which includes digital
• Have experience presenting information to clients and management team, both verbally and written
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships
• Provide client counsel on tactical matters that are linked to strategic plans
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time with limited supervision
• Recognize opportunities for growth with existing clients
• Collaborate with all internal departments to develop and manage marketing communication strategies to execution
• Responsible for managing all financial aspects of assigned accounts including budgets, contracts, proposals, billings and estimates to ensure account profitability for the agency
• Be detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible and have a positive attitude
• Feel right at home in a highly creative environment
• Bachelors degree required
